The 32nd state Senate district, redrawn in 2011, includes all of La Crosse County, the southern half of Monroe County, most of Vernon County and all of Crawford County. The district encompasses all of the 94th, 95th and 96th Assembly districts.

Townships that were part of the previous 32nd State Senate district, but have now been moved, include Greenwood, Henrietta, Bloom, Forest, Sylvan and Akan. The Monroe County townships of Tomah, Adrian and Angelo were also added to the 32nd.
