When the La Crosse County Board tried to vote to ban law abiding citizens from carrying into public buildings, Bill called for a public hearing. He opposed that ban.
The Second Amendment is clear in saying that citizens have the right to own guns. Bill, a lifelong hunter, has a record of defending our Constitutional right to keep and bear arms.
He supports the concealed carry law passed by the Wisconsin legislature in 2011, the Castle Doctrine, and Constitutional Carry.
Bill is proud to have earned an “A” rating from the NRA and the endorsement of the United Sportsmen of Wisconsin.
