Neumann held a brief news conference at the La Crosse County GOP headquarters where he was joined by state Senate candidate Bill Feehan, who did not formally endorse Neumann but said he’s confident that if elected, “he’ll do what he did before, which is stand up to the entrenched interests and fight for a balanced budget.”
